Plateformes Agréées and expense reports: who does what from September 2026?
France's electronic invoicing reform takes effect on September 1, 2026. For expense reports, the impact is immediate: any expense above €150 HT must flow through a registered platform — the Portail Public de Facturation (Plateforme Agréée) or a Plateforme de Dématérialisation Partenaire (Plateforme Agréée).
Plateforme Agréée vs Plateforme Agréée
The Plateforme Agréée, operated by the French State, plays a minimal directory and portal role. Approved Platforms, private platforms registered by the French tax authority, go further: they transform, archive, integrate with ERP/T&E ecosystems.
For companies running SAP Concur, N2F, Lucca or Cegid, choosing an Approved Platform is a strategic decision — it becomes the entry point for supplier e-invoices related to expense reports.
The expense tool in the loop
The Plateforme Agréée receives the supplier invoice. The T&E tool handles the employee submission. Someone has to reconcile the two — invoice from the hotel vs night booked by the salesperson, restaurant invoiced at €220 vs the meal approved by the manager.
No Plateforme Agréée, by itself, does this reconciliation work.
TEVASOFT CONNECT's role
TEVASOFT is not an Approved Platform. TEVASOFT CONNECT is the integration layer between your Approved Platform (or the Approved Platform) and your expense management tool:
- Receives e-invoices in Factur-X, UBL or CII
- Automatic reconciliation between each invoice and the matching expense line
- Detects discrepancies (amount, date, supplier, VAT)
- Pushes structured data into SAP Concur, N2F, Lucca…
- Combined with EVA's AI audit on the full flow
Next steps
Three actions to take now:
- Choose your Approved Platform (or decide to use the Approved Platform), with T&E reconciliation capabilities in your evaluation grid.
- Map your flows by expense category.
- Connect your Approved Platform to your T&E tool — that's what TEVASOFT CONNECT does, in a few weeks.
